I have never had cause to use a bike courier before. Naturally it’s a big test of faith handing over a vehicle to a complete stranger. From the moment I spoke to the service centre I felt reassured. Professional, helpful, willing and ready to answer any questions. I had scoped put costs and frankly AnyVan outstripped the competition and offer you the safety and security which others don’t in terms of cover. The driver gave us a courtesy call on the day giving time to organise any last bits before arriving. On delivery he was efficient, confident and took the bike up four steps to the side of the house. I would urge anyone looking for this service not to risk using a msn with a van, this company does this day in and day out with all the necessary procedures and protection. First class, I will use them again.

Delivery was completed. The Transport Partner provided by AnyVan broke a window in the communal area of the flat we moved into. The Provider then reported to AnyVan that a friend of ours had hauled a large sofa on their own up 30 flights of stairs and into a window 4-5 feet off the ground and that they had not moved the sofa at all.

We provided a video of the Transport Provider bringing the sofa into the property, from the flight of stairs where the incident occurred, just after it happened. We have been told that AnyVan will not enforce any liability on the Provider as there is no evidence that they had any involvement in the damage.

Used Anyvan twice in the past month. Both times, they've been fab! Easy to deal with. Lovely personable drivers (who help!) and great communication. I've used them for both personal and moving work items. I'll be using them in the future. And to top it off - so reasonably priced!

Recently we used AnyVan to pick up our vehicle from the UK and deliver it to be shipped. Amazing service quick quotation, well information. They call us to confirm all details of pick up and delivery. Also received the email with the phone number of the driver when he was assigned. When van was picked up I got the link to track it. Definitely, we will use this service again!

Very efficient pre-move communications and easy to add/delete items to be moved on the app. Team on the day were on time, efficient. careful and polite. All went smoothly. Fair and transparent pricing.

Very good website and interface. Very clear pricing, excellent response and availability. Everything can be booked and managed online and their call centre has a decent response time as well. Best service for bespoke van requests and ebay collections

Used Anyvan in November 2022.
The customer service team was horrible. Not polite. They tried to force me into the deal and got offended when questions were asked to clarify. (removed one star because of them. )Had to move house and needed a truck. The team arrived on time and got the items in without no issues.
They came with a big truck and apparently managed 3 moves in the same trip. Ultimately got the job done well.

Really easy to arrange, good use of tracking to know where everything was, amazing communication. Easier than trying to do it myself. Driver was a delight and clearly taking care of all the items in his care. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service for moving large items of furniture. Prompt and reliable with updates on expected/completed pick up and delivery times.

Competitive prices, great communication from the movers. Efficiently loaded all furniture on to the van carefully and the dropoff was equally well executed. The driver was respectful and professional. Would absolutely use this service again.

It's the type of endeavour where numerous things could go wrong and it went smoothly from ease of booking to the actual move. The communication from Anyvan was excellent from outset. I would recommend base on my experience.

The only way I can explain our experience is it was like being moved by a bunch of cowboys. Two vans were suppose to move my mum, only one turned up and was to make multiple trips. They left a whole load of stuff behind and it took us three cars over two days to move it ourselves... luckily the buyers were really good about it. Whilst waiting for entry they stood around in the street spitting and smoking. The whole day was so stressful and they just made everything worse. And that's just some of the problems. Disgusting service by a team contracted by Anyvan. Never would I recommend them to anyone.

Ease of booking, great Customer Service when I had a few queries. Prompt and respectful of my belongings and situation. Fantastic prices compared to many other quotes I had. Drivers were great and absolutely delivered a top notch service - a credit to AnyVan.
